That is the moment.

Actually, to be brutally honest, a President displays their qualities as Commander in Chief when dealing directly with our Armed Forces, or making decisions that involve them, not when he is debating a businessman turned politician. You don’t make a moment a moment just because it made you feel good during a political debate.
